Exercise and weigh less

Several studies have shown that excess weight gain results from being sedentary, and participating in very little physical activity? more so than overeating.148 Athletes and people who are active experience a decrease in body fat as their level of activity increases. And in most cases their food intake is higher than inactive people. It is also believed that among people in good physical condition, those who eat most frequently, weigh less and are in better shape.
